You have to fill app out, pay the feee, processed and approved. Then they give you login and then you have to submit filings to them they approve and you upload them to your page. That part doesn't take long, its the processing of the application that takes long. Normally takes 8-10 weeks could be sooner from someone I spoke to at OTC.
