It seems that one moderator does not want the members here to understand the rules from the SEC on registered public companies. At no time did I bash the current CYDY board or any member. At no time did I advocate for or against the 13d. I have stated numerous times on this forum that for the 13d to get my votes they would have to show the stockholders a biz plan, communication plan, priorities and domestic and international strategies. They have not done so. So I don’t understand what the moderator is afraid of.
