Yes...and there Are many tactics that they could use to make shareholders believe Including making an allowing the price of the stock to go down even further before they issued themselves and someone else new shares...many may vote yes for these tactics if the fire sale gets them back some of their losses versus nothing


Which means for any shareholders that have a higher basis would be left out in the cold...
