Hello to all and hoping everyone had a wonderful weekend.
I'm trying to do some "value assessment" of InCellDX and who would benefit from a buyout of InCellDX if it were to happen.
Trying to figure out who the private shareholders are. These are the percentages of ownership that I've been able to find:
There seems to be 9M private shares sold in offerings with InCellDX since 2010.

- Bio-Reference = 29% (https://www.opko.com/investors/sec-filings/all-sec-filings/content/0000944809-20-000007/0000944809-20-000007.pdf)
- Bruce Patterson = 17%
....that leaves 46% remaining for others....(e.g. ParkLane, Carol Penfold-Patterson, etc)....
Any info out there anyone wanting to share ?
