Snark, there comes a time when even the most optimistic of investor's need to ask hard questions. It is not "cynical", especially in a situation such as this that we are in.

Pura made a comment that QMC was hiring securities council, and that we'll "see what happens"

My response to that comment was to highlight what appears to be (to me) a Major red flag: QMC saying their in contact with the SEC, while the SEC says they are not.

There's a difference between being optimistic on QMC's leadership, and having blind faith while ignoring warning signs.
