The indisputable biggest fact is the best outcome for all parties is supporting QTMM to uplisting. I think those in charge know this,. too, and. will act to make it happen. Do you know how intricit it is to choose the right materials for a QD, and then the right formula for the job? Lots of variables, to say the least. Pasaca could get the machines, but not the know-how Squires has learned. Don't think you can replace Squires easily. You set back any progress by years. Squires both micromanages and macromanages and the two things he has now are employees to delegate to and money to work with. He never had that before and he kept the company alive since 2008 until he could swing a good deal for the shareholders. Everyone wins.
OK, let's get to your and DRX fixation on news and SEC reporting. When the SEC noticed the company, Squires said the company was hiring SEC knowledgeable attorneys. I presume that happened and we have to wait and see what happens.
