Info re $4.5B was gleaned from Jamis and others research on UK Contracts
Innova reported nothing initially on paper, if Elliott mentioned it, take it for whats it worth. UK reported it. The fact Innova has not reported it by PR etc. infers they are working in conjunction with QMC, IMO.
