I'm sorry, but did everyone just "gloss" over this post?
The SEC submitted a file yesterday, stating that QMC HAS STILL NOT FILED AN ANSWER, when they were supposed to do so by June 2nd.
Hasn't their previous press releases and last 10-Q stated that their attorneys are/were in contact with the SEC, that negotiations/options were ongoing, and that the decision was eventually made to voluntarily revoke their filing status so they can basically start fresh?
Then why the hell is the SEC ordering QMC to respond by July 16th, after not hearing from them?
And please, do not try and spin this or gaslight me. The actions/words of Squire's right now is absurdly idiotic, and borderline nefarious.
