The only change I would contemplate is to have a different Chairman of the board . My philosophy in business in general is to never have a CEO or company exec be the Chairman . I think it causes problems with many companies I have seen . So this is sticking with my own belief in company governance , not just Cytodyn. Conflicts of interest are caused by those set ups . That being said after reviewing the 13d backgrounds I don’t see any as qualified to be the COB..
