It seems to me CYDY can get everything it might need out of Incelldx for a whole hell of a lot less than $400M. I might be missing something, I frequently have that gift, but CYDY buying that company for a such an amount seems like something a Neandertal chasing a high dose of mescaline with a cheap bottle of Tijuana Mezcal still wouldn't do. But hey, if it significantly dilutes my position and makes someone else a whole hell of a lot of money maybe I should have a more charitable attitude.
