I was just making crap up. Although I have a lot of PE investments and when I was thinking about the mechanics of CYDY buying IncellDX with overlapping boards, I actually started thinking that IncellDX should just buy CYDY. Much cleaner and easier to execute from a regulatory perspective. Probably would make sense to a PE company.
