This goes to a deeper issue about competence at running a public company. How could anyone have thought it wise to host secretive conference calls, excluding the vast majority of shareholders, and not think that's a bad idea?
Don't they realize word of the calls, if not the content, would leak? Did they think excluding people with huge amounts of money on the line would be viewed favorably?
That doesn't bode well for how they would manage things going forward.
