Running a diagnostic company is very different than running a pharma company. Very different..There is no one on that 13D committee capable of running a pharma company because that will need to happen if they fire the management team. And they will put Dr. BP in the CEO role to appease some of the longs. But there isnt anyone from pharma that can get a drug from pre-clinical thru clinical trials to approval in that whole group nor set up a global distribution system.. I also am concerned because if Im a partner Dr. Kelly is speaking with about a partnership on phase 3 LH, they may get cold feet not knowing who will be in charge in 4 months..So the whole thing is a selfish hairball move in my mind.
