Funny how people argue that the other poster is wrong when neither have verifiable facts. Pasaca could very well be accumulating shares of Quantum for a very ridiculously low price. So what if the SEC pulls the plug? Quantum is still owned by the shareholders who could eventually be bought out by Pasaca or merged into a privately held company! The up listing BTW is not dead!
