This is precisely why the 13D group need to assure shareholders there will not be a purchase or merger with IncellDX.
Unless they can demonstrate their intent is NOT to line Patterson's pockets, and they have no piece of IncellDX themselves, their efforts are DOA.
Alas, we already know at least 2-3 of them are deeply involved with IncellDX, hence my current "No" vote.
