One reason you are wrong is that you don't understand that once the registration happens, QTMM has no "baggage" and can use the S-1 to uplist to a better exchange.
All problems solved with registration.
I'm not sure, but as long as SEC accepts the S-1 couldn't QTMM apply to any exchange once they are trading and stock price is what the new exchange requires?
Do you all remember the discussions we had concerning what revenue would do to the stock price? That still applies. That revenue doesn't happen without CEO Squires and that's why he stays.
...and that's why it's still in the best interests of all parties for registration and the Pasaca agreement to happen, followed by uplisting.
Really, DRX, if you think Pasaca would do anything else please describe in detail how they make more money than letting QTMM uplist?
