Does anyone on this board have a clear and accountable understanding of the Patent debacle surrounding Dr. Patterson, Incelldx employees, and Cytodyns... understanding of their patent claims. We need to separate the wheat from the chafe on this issue...either Dr. Patterson appears to be in our lane on Patent rights...or the application covers procedure vs MOA...I am not clear on this issue...we need to be sure of our position. The man is morally corrupt... by backdooring us or he is Not. This will help define for many who/what aside from his extra-curricular activities (SLC) aka 13D is the makeup of Dr. Patterson...is he Divine or Demon.?
