Before the last CC, I was thinking, if this 13D group was really trying to help to company, would they not be engaging the current BOD with their ideas? You know, to be constructive.

During the last CC, Nader said (paraphrased), 'We are in discussions, and accepting applications for an independent Board Member.'

Did I hear that about correctly, and if so do we know anything about that? The whys and wherefores etc?
