I agree. I would much prefer that our board improves the management team on its own. True leadership means constant improvement. Constant evaluation. It means finding people who are better than you to run the various aspects of the company.

I don't want a hostile takeover. I want NP and the board to find better talent and keep them.

Perhaps they will once we get some wins under our belt. Perhaps they won't.

Perhaps JLang will find a way to twist this post. Perhaps Respect will make a parody of it.

Perhaps I am using the word perhaps too much.
