Let me clear a few things up that I feel and have heard their is some confusion about.
First, let me explain the process again, because Dr Dalton has not updated his OTC markets page in over few years. He needs to submit an application to OTC Markets to get access to his page to make changes and upload financials. He cannot make changes or do anything till that application is approved. We will know its been approved when he tells us or you see verified profile.
Once that application is approved, he can upload financials as quickly as he wants then 4-5 days he gets deemed current and up to date.
I am hearing rumors, that once that's done you have to stay on OTC for certain amount of months. Thats incorrect, once he is deemed current during that time or as soon he gets deemed current he can upload to NASDAQ. Unless he is doing both at same time, im not sure. But their is no time you have to stay on OTC Markets. I have made calls and sent emails. That information is completely inaccurate.
