I remember in an interview Javitt said they would get approval for the fourth wave…I thought it was odd because the 3rd wave was just starting ( of course at the time we were all thinking any day now).
So, I’ve watched all these transactions by the company and setting up, seemed like a delay organizing data to submit and it all makes sense if he was privy to the timeline and knew all along they are getting approval at a certain time.
Nobody acts like they have ;hiring, negotiating deals with support contractors , getting put up against remivir etc if they didn’t know they were getting the nod. Stay safe it really is just a matter of time
