Sort of agree with you on that. Am giving no excuse or rationale for the rather unprecedented (would even use the word childish) FDA letter. Just saying that a regulatory government agency- saint or sinner- will probably not take it very well that the implication that their 'relationships' with those they regulate is a key factor in their work . . .
