I've butted heads with Misui many times but I agree with her when she argues that the 13D nominees should reveal whether they own a piece of IncellDx or not.
I fear if this group gains control, they force Cytodyn to buy IncellDx at our expense and line their pockets. Sure, their own CYDY shares will be worth less but they'll make a killing if IncellDx gets bought for a half-billion.
Bruce is incredibly knowledgable and smart, but he also loves the spotlight and he's addicted to filing patents and stuffing his pockets with dollar bills IMO.
