my theory on OTC markets time frame...disclaimer never have been right yet
I am going off his tweets with my theory
28th of April tweet was train leaving station( I think that’s when he started OTC Market process) which was 8 weeks ago.. his next tweet which was “seat belts may be needed” was about two weeks ago and I think he got word it’s close…
