Not filing on time and getting revoked by the SEC is in no way advantageous, especially to existing shareholders. It puts our investment at high risk.
Only way it turns "advantageous", is if they get all their reports/file everything at once *with revenue*, keep shareholders shares intact, and experience no impedance from either the SEC or FINRA when attempting to reinstate themselves.
Even then, this should have been the "de facto" from the start (being current/not revoked).
