Let me clear something up....I clearly asked doc about our OTC APPLICATION in my question. He responded "All filed in the Q."
Meaning the paper work has been filed and its waiting in the QUEUE to process. I don't want people reading too much into this or trying to find more meanings then there is.
This is positive, he met the OTC deadline before June 30th and once he gets approved at that point he can upload filings to OTC markets. I have seen the same story happen with at least 5 different OTC stocks I owned.
