Ohm20, you raise excellent questions about the readiness of potential Directors. I would think that any Director Candidate who was not fully informed and up to speed on what has been and is happening with the company would be foolish to run and sure to be defeated. Therefore, I expect the Nominees to be eminently qualified and capable of earning the support of shareholders. As for the CEO, that will obviously be the first order of business for any new BOD.
