The 8-k presentation from last week had two big events targeted for June 30.
1. Submission of "draft dose justification report" to FDA (for HIV)
2. "NASH complete enrollment of 60 patients"
I think (hope) that these were planted in that presentation as items that they were highly confident they could execute.
I expect that we get some type of communication Thursday or Friday that both of these items have occurred. I think (hope) that they are trying to implement a stronger program of DWYSYWD (do what you say you will do) as we lead in to the shareholder meeting.
That slide that they posted with the HIV milestones (and that Evil posted earlier today) is basically the map and timetable. If they can adhere to that, then it will look like NP, Recknor and team are actually moving ahead in a logical, planned fashion.
As I understand it, the FDA said they will give CYDY feedback on the "dose justification plan" within 30 days of receipt. Is that the memory of others? That was the "special accommodation" that came out of the post-RTF discussion, I think.
