As to why NNLX doesn't report, your guess is as good as anyone's.
Could it be that come Sept. things won't change for this stock? It's already pretty dark, like you say, most brokers don't want it now.
The mysterious voluntary comment could be related to this mysterious statement in the amendment.
"Quotations submitted on an “unsolicited” basis will still be permitted under the amended Rule, subject to additional requirements."
What does that mean? It won't surprise me to continue seeing quotes in someway, but is that really the problem here?
