When Joe took over helm, the shareholder and shareholder value was a "primo" concern, with dividend distribution and great plans for IMMEDIATE future. He seemed very unique in this regard. Now, as the years have passed, he treats the shareholder as an obstruction, bother, and inconsequential. Open questions remain unaddressed; and the company is always falling short on the guidance projections to implement initiatives. I am not sure, maybe Joe got in over his head. The shareholders are partners in this endeavor and need to be treated with respect and kept up to speed. If the goal is to inspire new investor interest, start with the investors you have.
