Free, Poet and LWLG are most likely are under NDA together for at least the last 2-3 years if not longer, there are many ties between the two companies and they are complementary technologies, please keep in mind that in 2019 Dr Lebby invited Dr Ring of Poet to co-chair the PIC International, it was Poet's acquisition of BB Photonics (Dr Ring) from One Chip signed off on by Dr Lebby that underpins the Poet Optical Interposer Platform, Dr Lebby has repeatedly told investors that the early versions of the LWLG modulator would be incorporated in SiP and/or InP Platforms, Poet's OI is an InP/Dielectric Platform, and in my opinion, these two technologies combined would today produce a tons the best Optical Engine
Both companies will succeed alone, but there is a fairly high probability that the two companies will succeed together as well, at least imo, and I have said this for several years now
