gbonation your prediction of new management is delusional. We don’t know who they are or if they are qualified to run a company. Hopefully they are not the old management wanting control back because those guys used hundreds of million shares and accomplished nothing and were going nowhere. Mass dilution is their middle name…That would be the ultimate failure to bring back the old CEO and Dr.Pestell. Couldn’t make a bigger mistake. That’s just delusional… since they are the big wheels in that 13d filing it is very likely they are the driving force. It would be a sad day to see them try to get control. Not that they have a chance at 8% of shares to vote.
As for patents and how I am delusional about that there is no new patents. You couldn’t be more wrong. In the last conference call Nader and Dr Recknor discuss that dosing and MOA are being patented for each indication. What they are finding is the Method of Action (MOA) is very different for each indication as is the dosing by watching the reaction of the bio markers. So they are seeking patents to protect the share holders. The verification of what I am saying is at the 18:00 to 21:00 minute mark of the Conference Call. I posted the link below this paragraph because I didn’t think you would go find it or could find it. Might want to pay attention to what is said in a conference call and pick out the more important items that should and will protect our investment. Patents are a huge part of drug development. You have nothing if you don’t have patents. Remedial listening will help you out. Might want to listen to the whole CC. There are some other important items talked about in that CC. Like 3 possible BTD’s. But don’t take my word for it… go listen and see for yourself.
