docj: Always respect your opinion but on this point I think you are hoisted on /own petards.. According to your own rephrase, IND approval to follow testing requests to be started/completed..... it could miles between starting clinical testing and completing same..... company never provides true status updates, as this would have been done if completed, so it must be a lot closer to or in the starting phase and meanwhile we are in dark..... too much lack of transparency
