Wait. It's not the investors' fault for being pissed because the FDA is being unfair, asserting double standards, etc. And it's not management's fault for being pissed that the FDA is being unfair, asserting double standards, etc. And it's not the fault of doctors like Dr. Jay and Dr. Bream for being pissed that the FDA is being unfair.
It's the FDA that deserves blame. And even more blame for their incredible, inaccurate, and ultimately lethal letter.
