I think the thing that most here are hanging on to is that Steve and company have a lot of shares to lose in this deal as well. The assumption is that Steve and common shareholders are on the same risk/reward footing. This makes me laugh. The fat cats always can get a out in the language of a deal. Remember we are not the ones writing or negotiation a deal and deal they will for they will have no shares to sell. Steve may very well want to right the ship with good intentions, but I don't see this working out.
