Without shares, QMC can't pay their bills. There is no evidence that they are generating any sizable revenues. If they were making revenues then such things SHOULD have been stated in last Q. You folks are forecasting 6-8 months before reinstatement....how they going to survive??
The thing is that is was all intentional. QMC had a controller and you would think that in council he would have informed Steve (if he couldn't figure it out for himself) that this was a real possibility. I want to know what is the end game here? If they do survive they will do so on Pasaca's dime which means a restructuring to the shares with a healthy reverse split 100:1 would be my guess. Of course the existing board and big fish will get some kind of compensation. Or they start over with a new ticker that involves Innova. This is how Pasaca deals us. I have held my shares since 2009 and my shares are for sell today.
Crunch: Then why did QMC file the last Q? Probably was mostly done and I would think it makes it easier to come back to the SEC eventually (in what form if the company survives who knows)
Crunch: Why didn't I sell at .20. Because I am stupid and I don't have the gift of foresight and I wanted a new home and got greedy.
