Hey all, again I will say, straight from the Nasdaq lady I spoke to, Nasdaq doesn't recognize OTC Markets "alternative method" of becoming current. Nasdaq only accepts SEC currency - Edgar filings. OTC Markets is a non issue to up list. OTC Markets will be informed after we are current thru the SEC. It then takes OTC a day or two to approve everything, straight from the OTC Markets lady.

June "dates" don't matter, the SEC required forms have long been filed, IMO.
