I find it amazing when
a concentrated attack effort led by some stockholders against the FDA ,which results in a defensive letter by the FDA and a loss of credibility, is used to blame management for the results. Especially when time after time management asked for the attacks on the FDA to stop.
Even worse, the FDA letter came out just when things were making progress in some foreign countries.
