I've sent in a questionnaire form to the sec asking: 1) does a company that is considered "not current" have to file an 8k. 2) if so, does announcing a major partnership constitute an 8k. 3) does a "not current" company have to abide by the 4 business days rule. So, we'll see if they respond. But if anybody on here knows the answers that would be great.
