Do we know if the extension has been extended pass June 9th?
I haven't seen it stated any where.

Only speculating
For the same reason the SEC allowed QTMM trading to extend pass the February deadline. QTMM gave them a plan that they assured everyone that they would be fully reporting. Both the SEC and Pasaca gave them the benefit of the doubt that they would follow though.
If you have some documentation that Pasaca again extended the deadline to up list please share, I can't find any.
