Something I think people forget...Dr Dalton said he gives a lot of free services in his speech.
How is he able to give those free services? Government contracts.
How does he get government contracts over everyone else? His son in law is well connected ANDDDDDDD he is successful black man(minority) and he is a veteran. So minority and veteran, government prioritizes contracts for those people over all, remember that.
