The lack of interest is perplexing.
I remember in Oct/Nov/Dec of 2019 thinking the same thing about CYDY when it was in this same price range. Both are/were in this range due to dilutive financing and delays in moving their plans forward. One deal with with a small pharma partner and CYDY made a big jump and by the following June it was $10.
