"Bottom line: are current shares worth keeping?"

That question has been asked many times over the years every time it hit a low..and everytime it has had a rebound.Its a penny stock as you know and always a crap shoot..you would think based on the doom and gloom scenarios being dreamt up it would be at micropennies.. its not because there are alot of people who think this has a run in it and real potential and that's why they hold it still.
