Why do we put trial design on Nader? How many scientist and medical doctors were in on design of the CD-10 and CD-12??? Let’s see… Dr. Patterson was advising for CYDY at that time. Dr Lalezari was in the room as our CMO. The scientific board that Dr. Kelly brought aboard and highly touted Scientific Board I might add. Dr Kelly of coarse as president of BOD. So we had a mix of some very qualified people and then Nader. How much impact on trial design do you really think Nader had? 2%… maybe less…
Yet we have people blaming Nader for the trial designs and how foolish does it sound now? Nader I am sure was in the room but I don’t believe he had any impact on trial design before or during the meetings with the FDA.
As for being a Maverick and doing things outside of the box. I will commend Nader and management for choosing to think outside of the box and going international before others or anyone told them too. Was a great move by our management and one that will change the fortune and direction for this company. Much quicker revenue possibilities. Like Chris Long from the Emerging Growth article said… it’s not if we get approvals… it’s when we get approvals… then listed 3 possible BTD’s. These are all pretty much Maverick moves to push for BTD’s. Big Pharma wouldn’t push probably but Our Maverick Nader is and will. Why not when you have nothing but results that are not recognized.
