So Dr Dalton amended the name for UNIVEC with State of Delaware on June 21, 2021 Monday.
I think he did that cause I checked OTC Markets and FINRA they still have our name listed as UNVC Inc. So he had to change it to that name to match it all up for filings. No guarantee of that just speculating but it does make sense.
So right now for anyone wanting to see the next step, I would keep an eye on FINRA for name change and verified profile on OTC Markets, cause that means we have access to upload financials. Those 2 steps are next in my opinion.
