INCORRECT ASSUMPTIONS ON TIMING. Here is how it works:
1) Form-10 gets filed
2) S-1 gets filed within a week of the Form-10. The 60-day SEC review period has NO ROLE in the timing for F10, S1 or myflix launch
3) S-1 funding is received within 2-3 weeks of S1 filing
4) Myflix advertising campaign begins upon receipt of S-1 funds
5) Myflix launch by late summer.
