I continue to believe that as more months go by - no one will approve a retroactive Long Term Capital Gains tax.
Remember you have zero state tax in Nevada
California is 14% for the wealthy and they are trying to push it to 18%
Some of us are living in California or New York where state taxes are high.
As long as long term capital gains remains at 20% - I am okay with paying my fair share of taxes.
Most of my shares are 2+ years old.
