Olaregen is providing an exclusive sublicense to the licensee to make, use and sell products utilizing a proprietary Excellagen and related technologies for the treatment of 17 types of wounds including non-healing wounds. This agreement will be with BEIJING YOUFENG BIOLOGICAL TECHNOLOGY COMPANY, LTD.
