IMO - The PR did have on impact on PPS and may allowed intended stakeholders to cash out on PPS rise ( volume was high ) . To me it looks like it satisfied a specific purpose which it was laid out for which did not benefit us but benefited the parties intended.

On the flip side from our perspective atleast it arrested the fall to .20 cents

But what I am surprised is the revenue projections in the 10q on Excallegn would be good PR to send out separately not sure why that was not done
