Offtopic That was some some funny stuff.Made my day. The new rule says you can't short more than total shares that exist. We already had a law forbidden that. Instead of going after and charging the hedge funds leaders and DTCC for fraud. They have been doing this for over twenty years. If they prosecuted we would have trillions and trillions as a settlement . This is how the system is rigged for the average shareholder.
